SALEM -- Living on Mayfield Drive, Ravenna, following a honeymoon to Hawaii are Gilbert Abi-Salloum and his bride, the former Kimberly Sue Weber, who were married at 5 p.m. Sept. 8 at The Gazebo. The Rev. Joseph Shanley officiated, and a reception took place at The Barn and Gazebo.
Parents of the couple are Roy and Judith Weber of Berlin Center and Tamini Abi-Salloum of Youngstown.
The bride wore a white satin strapless A-line gown. Beading enhanced the bustline and hem. A satin shawl completed the look.
Her sisters, Krista Weber and Karisa Hough, were honor attendants. They wore sage green gowns, as did the bridesmaids, Jennifer Butcher, Heather Shulman, Lisa Romito, Krys Gesen, Linda Rothaemel, Laura Elzighondy, Tanja Contini, Michelle Labedz and Kara Smith. Flower girl was the bride's niece, Miranda Ormiston. Also participating was Michelle Salloum, the groom's niece.
Best man was Bernard Abi-Salloum, the groom's brother, and groomsmen were his brothers, George and Tony Abi-Salloum; his cousins, Tony Abi-Salloum, Tony Salloum, Armand Abi-Salloum and Elie Sleiman; George Nader; Jason Rothaemel; Ryan Hough, her brother-in-law; and Anthony Porter. Ring bearer was Tony El-Hayek, and usher was the bride's uncle, Ron Weber.
The bride is employed as manager of Judi's Cakes in Austintown and will receive her bachelor's degree in computer science from Lakeland University in Sheboygan, Wis., in December. The groom is employed in sales at Serpentini Chevrolet in Aurora.
