Hospice of the Valley plans fund-raiser

BOARDMAN -- Hospice of the Valley will hold an "Awesome Aussie Luncheon" fund-raiser Nov. 8 at the Outback Steakhouse, 7000 S. Tiffany Blvd.
Seating times will be at 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m., and the meal will feature a choice of chicken or steak salad and fries, chicken Caesar salad or Walhalla pasta.
Serving the lunches will be radio, television and newspaper personalities. There also will be raffles and a cash bar. Cost is $15, and proceeds will benefit Hospice of the Valley's mission of serving the terminally ill and their families in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.
