Youngstown Federation of Women's Clubs will hold its annual fund-raiser at noon at the Holiday Inn in Boardman. The theme will be "An Afternoon to Remember" with a fashion show and musical entertainment to be presented. Mrs. Norman Bartelmay will give the meditation.
