Hunters and anglers have contributed more than $20 billion to date for wildlife conservation.
Hunters contribute nearly $30 billion annually to the U.S. economy and support more than 986,000 jobs. In fact, for every 25 hunters, one job is created.
Through more than 10,000 private groups and organizations (Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, Trout Unlimited, National Wild Turkey Federation), sportsmen contribute an additional $300 million annually to wildlife conservation.
And, for each dollar of taxpayer money invested in wildlife conservation, sportsmen give $12.
