Lazor-Zrile, a 1982 graduate of Youngstown State University, has worked for the Internal Revenue Service in its Youngstown criminal investigation office, PricewaterhouseCoopers in Columbus, London, England and Raleigh, N.C., and KPMG Peat Marwick, also in Raleigh.
