INDICTMENTS Mahoning County

The following people were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury. Five people were secretly indicted. Their names and charges will become public once authorities serve them with indictment papers:
Karen Wess, 39, Ayers Street, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapon, assault, obstructing official business.Nicole L. Hamilton, 23, Euclid Boulevard, Youngstown; falsification, insurance fraud.Jeffrey King, 28, Woodhurst Drive, Youngstown; two counts of arson.Raul Irizarry Cruz, 24, Bruce Street, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapon.Jamar Martin, 20, Roxbury Avenue, Youngstown; inciting violence.Bruce Williams, 63, East Delason Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.Lawrence Davis, 22, New Road, Youngstown; cocaine trafficking.Lawrence Smith, 29, Rush Boulevard, Youngstown; three counts of assault.Ivan Cruz, 21, Pyatt Street, Youngstown; marijuana trafficking.
John J. Lysowski, 35, Blue Ridge Drive, Poland; two counts of theft.David Oracio, 36, Washington Boulevard, Boardman; six counts of cocaine trafficking, two counts of trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances.
