CANFIELD -- The Rev. Brent Allen heard the exchange of marriage vows between Pamela Malagisi and Anthony Berardi, both of 4876 Westchester Drive, Austintown, during a ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 1 at Old North Church.
Before leaving on a cruise to the eastern Caribbean the newlyweds received guests at a reception that took place at The Embassy in Struthers.
Mrs. Berardi is attending Hondros College, Cleveland.
A graduate of Kent State University with a degree in engineering, Mr. Berardi is employed in sales with Alltel in Boardman.
Pearls and hand-beaded re-embroidered lace accented the bride's white satin gown with detachable train.
The bride's sister, Laurie Emery of Youngstown, was honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Linda Olsavsky of Canfield, and Kim Malagisi of Youngstown, the bride's sisters; Kristin Gorgei of Poland; Jennifer Green, Deon Humberson and Kristen Hahn, all of Austintown; and Marah Averell of Boardman. They wore silver dresses. Brooke Emery of Youngstown, the bride's niece, was flower girl.
Mark Pitzer of Canfield served as best man for his brother. Groomsmen were John Berardi of Boardman, the groom's brother; Rich Malagisi Jr. of Big Timber, Mont., and Mike Malagisi of Austintown, the bride's brothers; Joe Cetor of Austintown; Geoff Wasson of Shaker Heights; Chris Vrabel of Canfield, and Seth Thomen of New Brittain, Conn. The groom's nephew, Kyle Berardi of Boardman, was ring bearer.
