YOUNGSTOWN -- A reception was held Sept. 8 at the Italian-American Veterans Centre to honor Christopher Kauffman and his bride, the former Noelle Therese Logorda, following their marriage at Our Lady of Hungary Church.
The Rev. John Reiss presided at the 2 p.m. wedding for the daughter of Terry Logorda, 25 S. Dunlap Ave., and the late John Logorda, and the son of Craig and Janice Kauffman, 18 Browns Store Road, Heathsville, Va.
The couple postponed their honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean until December and live at 1709 W. Western Reserve Road, Poland.
The bride's off-the-shoulder gown featured a satin corset-style bodice accented with self roses and a full tulle skirt that flowed into a chapel train.
Ice-mint gowns were worn by Erin Gurule and Linda Logorda, the honor attendants, and the bridesmaids, Lisa Young, Sandra Logorda, Janay Deuley, Ilene Gonzalez and Kristin Baglier. Flower girl was Samantha Young.
Serving as best man was Christopher Logorda, and groomsmen were John Logorda Sr., Michael Gurule, Jeffrey Young Sr., Matthew Brooks, Ryan McBride and Brent Wittenauer. Ring bearers were Jeffrey Young Jr., Michael Gurule, and Michael Young. Guests were ushered by John Logorda Jr.
The bride is employed at Chloe Kate Ltd. in Boardman and is majoring in political science at Youngstown State University.
The groom is a carpenter with Cliffwood Construction in Poland.
