CANFIELD -- The church at Western Reserve Village was the setting at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 6 for the wedding of Nicole Shea DiMaiolo and John Brian Overly, both of Berlin Center.
The couple exchanged nuptial vows in the presence of the Rev. Dr. Norman Crewson and accepted congratulations later that day during a reception at the Saxon Club in Austintown.
The daughter of Russ and Donna Yancsurak of Youngstown and Robert DiMaiolo of Poland and son of Walt and Jane Overly of Berlin Center left on a wedding trip to Las Vegas and will live in Berlin Center.
The bodice and cap sleeves of the bride's gown were enhanced with lace and beading, and the skirt flowed into a cathedral train.
Kelly Koval, the bride's cousin and honor attendant, wore a red gown, as did the bridesmaids, Michele Johnston; Denice Stiner; Stephanie Baranowski; Sharon DiMaiolo, the bride's sister-in-law; and Vicki Overly, a sister of the groom.
Jason Ketterman performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Jeff Schafer; Benji Brown; Erie Bilas; Bob DiMaiolo, the bride's brother; and Mike O'Hara. Serving as junior groomsman was the bride's son, J.P. DiMaiolo
The bride, an office manager with Timekap Inc., Youngstown, attended Youngstown State University.
The groom also attended YSU and is a heavy-equipment mechanic with BFI in Poland.
