BOARDMAN -- The wedding of Melissa Mayhew, a daughter of the Rev. Fred and Lyn Mayhew, 150 Callahan Road, Canfield, and Brian Berardinelli, a son of Kathy Conrad, Saginaw Drive, Poland, and Gary Berardinelli, W. Wood St., Lowellville, took place Sept. 1 at Trinity Fellowship Church.
The bride's father solemnized the marriage during a noon ceremony, and a reception honoring the couple was held immediately afterward in the church fellowship hall.
Fashioned of white satin, the bride's strapless gown was embellished with embroidery and pearls.
Coral gowns were worn by the bride's sisters and honor attendants, Amanda Mayhew and Ellie Mayhew, and the bridesmaids, Jennifer Conti; Bridget Franklin, the bride's cousin; and Kristen Berardinelli, a sister of the groom. Flower girl was the groom's sister, Taylor Conrad.
Serving as best man was Shaun Buchanon, and groomsmen were Jonathan Davis, Michael Adams, and the groom's cousins, Noah Staudacher and Lance Staudacher.
The bride is majoring in elementary education at Youngstown State University, where the groom is pursuing a degree in electrical engineering.
The couple live in Canfield.
