NEWTON FALLS -- Kate Barnett scored 10 points as the Lakeview High volleyball team topped Newton Falls 15-3, 15-7 Wednesday in a Trumbull Athletic Conference match.
Heidi Kracker had eight kills for the Bulldogs (14-4, 10-2).
Megan McElravy paced the Tigers (4-11, 3-10) with five points and two aces. Julie Roberts had two aces and eight digs. Ashley Shaver and Molly Lenarcic had three kills apiece.
Hubbard 15-15, Brookfield 6-4
HUBBARD -- Katy Jo Mroski led the Eagles (19-0, 13-0 TAC) with 14 kills and six digs. Nicole Pringle had nine points and 11 assists. Jessica Williams had six digs and two aces.
Regina Deramo paced the Warriors (9-7, 7-5) with five points and four assists. Jessica Debroski had 11 digs.
Girard 15-15, Champion 2-9
GIRARD -- Kristen Ragozine led the Indians (17-2, 11-2 TAC) with seven kills and four blocks. Stephanie Scarnecchia had six kills and seven digs. Tealle Hunkus had nine kills and three blocks.
Michelle Canatsey led the Golden Flashes (7-6, 6-6) with five kills. Heather Pegg had three kills and two blocks.
Howland 15-15, Mooney 7-10
YOUNGSTOWN -- Jaime Kelly had five kills for the Tigers (8-8). Stephanie Burns has 12 points, three blocks and five aces.
Kara Jackson led the Cardinals (3-12) with eight points. Danielle Daltorio had 13 digs and Petrina Morocco had four blocks and Wendy Jackson had 18 assists.
Lordstown 15-15, Bloomfield 10-5
NORTH BLOOMFIELD -- Samantha Kistler scored 11 points with five aces and three kills for the Red Devils (12-5, 5-3 Northeast Athletic Conference).
Janelle Beaver had six points, one ace, one dig, three kills and four blocks. Alycia Israel had three points, 15 assists and six digs.
Sara Gibbs led the Cardinals with six points and five aces. Jamie Shy had three points.
