Mary Jo. Walter, 44, formerly of Harrisville, Pa., one to three years in prison for stealing thousands of dollars from a restaurant where she worked at the Grove City Factory Outlets. Walter, now serving time on another charge in Beckley Federal Prison in Beckley, W. Va., was also ordered to pay $443 restitution. She pleaded guilty to failing to deposit more than $8,261 in receipts from Arby's Restaurant in the bank in July and August last year.Micah Olson-Sawyer, 22, of 536 Craig St., Grove City, three months to two years and $326 restitution for providing alcohol to three minor girls last November. After drinking, the girls, ages 13 and 14, wandered along South Broad Street in Grove City, where one passed out and struck her head on a sidewalk. The two were treated at a nearby hospital for hypothermia after being found by passersby.David Plohr, 135 E. Garfield Ave., New Castle, two weeks to one year on each of two theft convictions. Plohr, a manager at the Super 8 Motel on New Castle Road, Shenango Township, took $1,500 cash from a motel guest's luggage. He also withheld $1,156 given to him by several patrons for room rentals and charged the rentals to a credit card belonging to another person. He was ordered to make restitution.Brian Ashman, 34, of 330 Wilson St., Sharon, one year probation for altering a prescription in order to obtain Oxycontin last January at the Shop & amp; Save Pharmacy, Hermitage.Barbara Cutright, 34, of 241 Fourth St., Sharon, one year probation and $100 restitution for taking Adderall and Ritalin tablets from the RiteAid Pharmacy in Sharon.Donald Eaton, 25, of 436 Franklin Road, Slippery Rock, one year probation for corruption of a minor for engaging in consensual sex with a girl beginning when she was 14 and ending when she was 16 at his apartment in Grove City between 1995 and 1997.Wayne Hogenmiller, 19, of 10 Mack Road, Greenville, four months to one year for possessing 77 grams of marijuana in July 2000.Jeffrey Longwill, 34, of 113 Dale St., Grove City, six months to two years and $2,000 restitution for driving a 15-year-old Grove City area girl to Ohio and Canada in January without her parents' knowledge or consent.Peter Pope, 22, of 135 Pearelle Drive, Sharon, three years probation and $110 restitution for signing another person's check without authorization to do so.Charles Watt, 19, 852 E. Jamestown Road, consecutive terms of one to 11 months for purchasing alcohol while a minor, six to 11 months for fleeing from a police vehicle after his arrest, and two weeks for possession of a pipe used to smoke marijuana, all in connection with a Feb. 19 incident at 420 Donation Road, Otter Creek Township.
