ASSOCIATIONS
XWarren Charter Chapter of ABWA will hold its annual Christmas buffet dinner meeting and program at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Golden Gate Restaurant in Warren. There will be a canned goods collection for SCOPE, a silent auction and entertainment. For reservations or information call (330) 898-3707.

AUXILIARIES
XA meeting of Eagles Auxiliary 213 will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday following the 7:15 p.m. officers meeting. This will be the final day to make reservations for the Christmas party.
XEagles Auxiliary 3298 will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. This will be the last opportunity for members to buy tickets for the annual Christmas party to be held Dec. 11. Tickets are $8.
XVFW 7538 Auxiliary will meet for a Christmas party Wednesday at The Elmton in Struthers. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. followed by a meeting at 7:30. For reservations call Eleanor Goskie at (330) 755-2051. Dues are now payable.

XMahoning County Alcohol & amp; Drug Addiction Services Board will hold its fifth annual Christmas dinner Thursday at the Holiday Inn in Boardman. A social hour will begin at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 and the program at 7:15. Cost is $22.50 per person, and an entree choice of roast round of beef, stuffed chicken breast or grilled fillet of salmon should be chosen when making reservations, which are due Monday. Officers will be installed, and Ken Reel will present a program, "It's Christmas 1776." Monetary contributions will be given to First Night Canfield, the 2002 July 4 celebration, Canfield High School band, choir and drama boosters, the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley and Operation Blessing. XCourt St. Anne 1875, Catholic Daughter of the Americas, will meet Monday following noon Mass at Holy Name Church. There will be a Christmas social, and donations will be accepted for charities. There will be no meeting in January.
XHoly Name of Jesus Ladies Guild will have a Christmas luncheon at noon Wednesday at the church social center. Members are asked to take casseroles and dessert.
XSt. Michael Altar Guild of St. Michael Church, Canfield, will meet at 6 p.m. Monday at the church. A Christmas casserole dinner will follow in the parish center. "Choir Angels," accompanied by Rob Chismar, will present a musical program.
XSt. Rose Altar and Rosary Society will have a Christmas party and lunch at noon Tuesday in the lower church hall.
XThe United Methodist Women of Richard Brown Memorial United Methodist Church will meet for a casserole lunch at 1 p.m. Thursday following the 12:15 p.m. meeting of the executive committee. The program will be presented by Karen Myers.
