Anthony and Jennifer (Carroll) Testa, 5601 Bethesda Court, Charlotte, N.C., are announcing the birth of their first child, a son, Anthony Joseph, Nov. 4 at Mercy Hospital South in Charlotte. The infant's grandparents are Jo and Larry Carroll of Canfield and Theresa and Carl Testa of Boardman. The great-grandmother is Frances Rulli of Boardman.
