YOUNGSTOWN -- Senior Independence, which operates the Mahoning County Senior Center, will offer flu shots from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Park Vista Retirement Community, 1216 Fifth Ave. They are free to those with Medicare. Cost for other adults is $15. Call (330) 744-1895 for more information.
