An attack on a Sharon man is the focus of Mercer County Crime Solvers this week:
Crime: Assault.Location: 100 block of South Oakland Avenue, Sharon.Details: Police said a South Oakland Avenue man was attacked and beaten by several men in an apartment building parking lot around midnight Tuesday. After the attack, the assailants are believed to have fled in two vehicles, one a gray or silver Chevrolet Corsica and the other a dark blue Chevrolet Celebrity.Contact: Call Crime Solvers between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at (724) 347-HELP. Callers do not have to give their names.Reward: Crime Solvers, a nonprofit organization, offers cash rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of anyone responsible for a serious crime in Mercer County.
