U In a reassessment of Youngstown school facilities needs, the Ohio School Facilities Commission said the cost of renovating Choffin Career and Technical Center would be $14,811,748, some $10,161,212 higher than the commission's initial $4,650,536 estimate. An editing error resulted in incorrect figures in a story published Tuesday.
