Here is a breakdown of federal discretionary dollars given to Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana counties during the past decade:
TRUMBULL COUNTY
$1.9 million to replace the Belmont Avenue Bridge in Niles.
$7.4 million to replace the Route 46 viaduct in Niles.
$2 million for water system improvements in Girard.
$31 million for air cargo project at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport.
$6 million for the King-Graves Road interchange off state Route 11.
$52 million for improvements to the Youngstown Air Reserve Station, home of the 910th Airlift Wing.
$7.2 million for the widening of U.S. Route 422 in Girard.
$5 million export-import bank loan for RMI Titanium.
$1 million for Girard Community Center.
$2.5 million for North Road widening.
$3.5 million for Lower Girard Lake Dam.
$485,000 for Belmont Avenue sanitary system.
$920,000 in airport improvements from the Economic Development Administration.
$800,000 for Phoenix Road sanitary sewer from the EDA.
$1.8 million for Warren Commerce Park from the EDA.
MAHONING COUNTY
$26.8 million for convocation center.
$3.7 million in U.S. Housing and Urban Development grants, loans for Cantor-Polyair Corp.
$6 million for federal courthouse.
$15 million for federal office building.
$1.2 million for community health and social services facility.
