OHIO Sunday hunting

Current state law on Sunday hunting says:
All legal game species may be pursued on Sundays during the appropriate hunting seasons.
Certain restrictions do apply (except for fox, waterfowl, coyote and groundhog hunters) as to where hunters may hunt on Sunday.
All public hunting areas except some state parks are open for Sunday hunting. If you are planning to hunt in a state park on Sunday, please call first to confirm that Sunday hunting is permitted.
Private land has more specific restrictions:
Landowners and their family members may hunt on Sundays on their own property if they own 20 or more connected acres. Family members include: landowner and spouse, in-laws, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
Landowners who wish to allow hunters, other than family members, to hunt on their land on Sundays must own a minimum of 100 acres and sign up in the Division of Wildlife's Hunting Access Program.
Adjoining landowners may join together to reach the 100-acre minimum and qualify for a free permit.
Applications and more information concerning the Hunting Access Program may be obtained from any wildlife district office or your local state wildlife officer.
