BOARDMAN -- The marriage of Christine Mary Sennett, 5331 Southern Blvd., and Ronald Charles Desko, 844 Detroit Ave., Youngstown, was solemnized by the Rev. Daniel Venglarik during a ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at St. Charles Church.
The bride is a daughter of Carol and William Bonte III, 829 Squirrel Hill, and the late Thomas Sennett. The groom is a son of Charles and Joanne Desko of the Detroit Avenue address.
After accepting congratulations during a reception at St. Mary Assumption Social Center, Youngstown, the newlyweds left for a honeymoon in the Bahamas.
They live at the bride's address.
Mrs. Desko attends Youngstown State University. Mr. Desko is employed by Cochran Sparkle Market.
Tiny pearls and flowers adorned the bride's ivory satin gown.
The bride's sister and honor attendant, Kathleen Sennett of Boardman, wore a wine-colored dress, as did the bridesmaids, Gwen Thames of Manning, S.C., the bride's stepsister; Gina Bertelli of Chicago; and Danielle Malesky, Shannon Gay and Christine Martin, all of Canfield.
Performing the duties of best man for his brother was Thomas Desko of Cleveland. Groomsmen were Matthew Bonte of Boardman, the bride's stepbrother; John Gordulic Jr. of Youngstown; and Carl Gordulic Jr., John Welsh and Ronald Cappitte, all of Boardman.
