ASSOCIATIONS
XYoungstown Charter Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will meet for dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Roadhouse on South Avenue, Youngstown. Susan Morell will preside, and Tom Nelson, American Express financial adviser, will speak on "The Effect of Sept. 11 on Stock." The menu will be steak and a choice of potato or rice and salad. Cost is $11.25. Mary Ann Rushton will report on the Network Council meeting, and other reports will be given by Patty Coogan, Mary Lou Lewis and Peg Broadwater. Jean Bachman will distribute the holiday-wrapped mixed nut packages to members for the scholarship fund-raising project. Members are reminded to take wrapped gifts for the annual vacation auction. XGirard High School Athletic Boosters will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the high school cafeteria.

XEagles Auxiliary 213 will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday with Melva Day presiding.
XA meeting of Eagles Auxiliary 3298, Raccoon Road, Austintown, will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Hostesses will be Lucille Sabatian and Marge Garritano.
CLASSES
XCampbell Memorial High School January and June Classes of 1941 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday for lunch at the Olive Garden. Payment of $15 will be accepted for the Dec. 10 Christmas party at The Grandview.
XEast High School June Class of 1944 women will meet for lunch at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Bobby D's, Midlothian Boulevard. All women class members are welcome. The luncheon is held the third Tuesday of each month.

XMcDonald Arts and Crafts Club will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.
XThat Quilt Group I Belong To will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fair Park in Canfield. Members are to take challenge quilts for judging and return Christmas stockings that were made for the underprivileged.

XMcDonald Knights of Columbus will meet at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the K. of C. Hall, Illinois Avenue.
GUILDS
XHolborn Herb Growers Guild will meet from 5 to 10 p.m. Tuesday at Elton Beard Cabin in Boardman Township Park. A holiday craft class will feature tussie-mussies to be made for Christmas decorations for St. James Church. Hostesses will be Paula Hoffman, JoAnn Kaschak, Barbara Thomas, Linda Shurtleff and Cheri Ulhaq.

XSalem Area Singles has the following activities scheduled: Sunday, general meeting and Thanksgiving potluck dinner from 4 to 6 p.m.; Monday, volleyball from 6 to 8 p.m.; and Nov. 24, dinner at Main Street Diner in Columbiana and games afterward.
XSingle For Any Reason will hold a dance from 7 to 11 p.m. Sunday; there will be a $4 cover charge. A dinner is planned Thanksgiving Day. XMahoning County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at Four Mile Run Christian Church. Speaker will be Jane Broglin on the topic "The Great Land Experiment." A chapter volunteer will be on hand to assist anyone interested in genealogy from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursdays at the main branch of the Youngstown Public Library.
