RAVENNA -- Friday is the deadline for submitting questions or comments to the Ohio Department of Transportation regarding plans to resurface a section of state Route 165, between state Routes 14 and 46 in Goshen and Green townships, Mahoning County. Also, a 17-foot bridge over the Middle Fork of Little Beaver Creek will be replaced with a box culvert. Construction is expected to begin in the spring.
No new right-of-way acquisition is required. Two-way traffic is expected to be maintained throughout the project, with the exception of about 21 days.
