BOARDMAN -- The Oct. 6 wedding of Jennifer Rae Shook, 17265 Mock Road, Berlin Center, and Daniel James Wagner, 2116 Gregory Ave., Youngstown, took place at 3:30 p.m. at Good Hope Lutheran Church.
The Rev. Robert Quaintance presided as nuptial vows were exchanged by the daughter of Rick and Vicki Shook of the Berlin Center address, and the son of Daniel and Viola Wagner, 5251 Bassett Road, Burdett, N.Y., and Pat and Dawn Mango, Georgetown Road, Salem.
After a reception at the Operating Engineers Local 66 Union Hall, the couple left on a wedding trip to the Hawaiian island of Kauai. They live in Berlin Center.
Pearls and embroidery embellished the bride's white satin A-line gown, and the skirt flowed into a chapel train.
Cranberry-colored gowns were worn by Janice Shook, the bride's sister and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Aimee Wagner, a sister of the groom; Kristen Fifer; Erin Folda; and Jenn McLaughlin.
Robert Cranmer served as best man, and groomsmen were Chris Sebben, Tom Petrosky, Todd McLaughlin and the groom's brother, Shawn Wagner.
The bride is pursuing a degree in nursing at Youngstown State University and is employed at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
The groom, a sales associate with Cellular One in Youngstown, is majoring in administration at YSU.
