CRITERIA
Citizens Awards
Farrell resident Ted Pedas is funding citizens of the year awards to recognize the contributions made to the city and to Wheatland by outstanding residents. Basic criteria are:
Farrell Citizen of the Year: A Farrell resident over 21 years old or a group, corporation or organization that has made a meaningful, positive and significant contribution to the community through volunteerism above and beyond normal employment or business pursuits.
Junior Citizen of the Year: Two annual awards to Farrell or Wheatland residents under the age of 21 or a group, corporation or organization that has made a meaningful and significant contribution to the community through volunteerism above and beyond normal employment or business pursuits.
