NEW ORLEANS -- Andrea Lynn Falgout and John T. Hirt Jr., both of San Bruno, Calif., exchanged marriage vows during a ceremony that took place at 7 p.m. Oct. 13 in New Orleans. Later they were honored at a reception at the Napoleon House.
The couple honeymooned at Martha's Vineyard, Mass., and live in New Orleans.
Parents of the newlyweds are Guy and Diane Falgout of Terrytown, La., and John and Helen Hirt of Berlin Center.
A self-employed beautician and massotherapist, Mrs. Hirt graduated from American Conservatory Theatres in San Francisco.
Mr. Hirt graduated from San Francisco State University in San Francisco with a degree in history and computer science and is employed as a computer programmer associated with Marriott Hotels. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Persian Gulf War.
The bride's ivory satin matte ballgown was styled with a chapel train.
Dineen Convery of New York City, the bride's sister, was honor attendant wearing a sapphire blue gown. Bridesmaids were Sheila Falgout of Atlanta, the bride's sister-in-law, who wore emerald green, and Heather Kristen of New Orleans, in an amythest-colored gown. Flower girls were Julia and Adrian Falgout of Atlanta, the bride's nieces.
Mark Hellar of San Francisco served as best man. Groomsmen were Stephen Hirt of Berlin Center, the groom's brother, and Brian Falgout of Atlanta, the bride's brother.
