U The two local options in Boardman Township involving Creekside Beverage, 1401 Boardman-Canfield Road in Precinct 35, for Sunday sales and carryout sales of beer and wine, both passed in Tuesday's election. The local option for carryout sales of beer and wine at Pelican Park, 1315 Boardman-Canfield Road, failed. A listing in Wednesday's vote tallies had the second Creekside local option mistakenly listed for Pelican Park.
U A trash and treasure event will be from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 162 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown. The day was omitted from a previous announcement.
