Theft, criminal damage: Someone broke into a vehicle parked at Liberty High School, One Liberty Way, causing $25 in damage to a lock and stealing a radio with a CD player, $60 and a credit card.
Theft: A woman is accused of stealing four boxes of sandwich bags, two boxes of cling wrap and two snow globes from Dollar Factory, 3551 Belmont Ave.

Theft: Someone stole Halloween decorations valued at $100 from a yard in the 1000 block of Lucretia Avenue.
Theft: A man and woman are accused of stealing two cartons of cigarettes from Smoker Friendly, 3814 Belmont Ave.
Theft: Someone stole a cordless hammer drill and eight digital cameras from an Ameritech van in the 100 block of Church Hill-Hubbard Road.

Vandalism: A man is accused of painting on bridges on Shady Run and Sampson roads.
Criminal damage: Someone attempted to break into the trunk of a vehicle at Liberty High School, causing $100 in damage to the trunk lock.
Forgery: A man is accused of stealing checks from another man in Colonial Manor Nursing, 196 Colonial Drive, and cashing them for $979.
Forgery: Someone forged a stolen check for $97 at Smoker Friendly to pay for merchandise.

Arson: Someone set a mailbox on fire in the 2000 block of Tibbetts-Wick Road.
Criminal damage: Someone smashed the window of a vehicle parked at TNS Intersearch, 114 E. Liberty St.
Criminal damage, theft: Someone smashed the window of a vehicle and stole a cell phone and cell phone kit in the 3000 block of Green Acres Drive.

Criminal damage: Someone caused $800 in damage to a vending machine at the Liberty Mini Mart, 3007 Belmont Ave.
Criminal damage: A mailbox was set on fire in the 6000 block of Sodom-Hutchings Road.

Break-in: Someone broke a window of a home in the 1000 block of Liberty Avenue in an attempt to enter.

Trespassing: Two 17-year-old Brookfield girls were charged with criminal trespassing at Hubbard High School.
Theft: A man is accused of cashing a payroll check at Devine's, 529 North Main St., and claiming it was stolen.
Identity theft: Someone used a Youngstown man's identity while being issued a traffic citation on West Liberty Street.
Trespassing: A 14-year-old Hubbard boy entered a garage in the 100 block of Christian Avenue without permission.
Criminal mischief: Someone threw eggs at a house in the 500 block of Grace Street.

Auto damage: A man is accused of kicking out a window of a vehicle at Shadow Run Apartments, 518 W. Liberty St.
Criminal damage: Police charged a woman with punching out a front-door window of Video Express, 230 N. Main St.

Theft: A flag was stolen in the 200 block of West Liberty Street.

Arrest: Police charged two Youngstown men with drug abuse after a traffic stop on Interstate 80.
Arrest: Police charged a Youngstown man with fleeing and eluding, speeding and reckless operation after his arrest on Prospect Avenue.
Theft: A bike was stolen in the 300 block of Iowa Street.

Criminal damage: Four-wheel vehicles were driven across a lawn in the 1000 block of North Highland Avenue.
Criminal damage: Someone drove through the back yard of a home in the 600 block of Church Hill Road.
Vandalism: Someone let air out of tires of a vehicle parked in the 300 block of East Wilson.

Theft: A woman is accused of stealing several checks from a home in the 1000 block of Washington Avenue.
Theft: A man is accused of stealing 2 DVDs and a videocassette from Video Land, 600 N. State St.
