YOUNGSTOWN -- The wedding of Michele A. Morgante, 2100 Winrock, Houston, and Jared Waring, 5106 Shady Garden Drive, Kingwood, Texas, took place at 2 p.m. Oct. 6 at St. Stanislaus Church.
Deacon Michael Schlais presided at the ceremony, and a reception was held at the D.D. and Velma Davis Education and Visitors Center in Mill Creek Park.
The daughter of William and Barbara Morgante, 459 Garver Drive, Boardman, and the son of John and Wanda Waring, Route 4, Madison, Fla., live at the groom's address.
Fashioned of ivory matt & eacute; satin with a Queen Anne neckline and long sleeves, the bride's gown was enhanced with Alencon lace and featured a cathedral train.
Plum-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Debra Shijo, Kimberly Shoup and Cecily Traynor, and the bridesmaids, Melissa Schlais and the bride's cousins, Juliet and Andrea Capellas. Flower girl was Alexandra Patron, the groom's niece.
Best man was William Butler, and groomsmen were Lucas Waring, the groom's brother; his father; Robert Patron, his brother-in-law; Patrick Jennings; and the bride's brother, William Morgante.
The bride, a sales coordinator with EP Production Solutions in Kingwood, graduated from Ohio Dominican College in Columbus with a degree in library science/communications.
The groom served four years with the Air Force and graduated from North Florida College, Madison, Fla., and Phoenix College, Arizona. He is a switch technician 3 with Teligent in Houston.
