HUBBARD -- Sonya R. Snarey, 7172 E. State St., Hermitage, Pa., and Nicholas A. Conti Sr., 7177 County Line Road, exchanged marriage vows before the Rev. Larry Stewart during a ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 29 at First Presbyterian Church.
The newlyeweds were honored at the Elks Lodge in Sharon, Pa.
The bride is a daughter of Dale and Helen McCarrick, Newark Valley, N.Y., and Thomas Snarey, Volant, Pa. The groom's parents are Rita and Donald Conti Sr., 7820 Bedford Road.
A registered nurse, Mrs. Conti is employed by StarMed Nursing Group, Andover, Mass. She earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at Pennsylvania State University, Shenango Campus, in Sharon.
Mr. Conti owns NCS-Tonetronix and is an electronics technician.
They couple, who are planning a honeymoon in the spring, live at the groom's address.
The bride wore a satin organza gown styled with sheer organza sleeves, a sweetheart neckline and semicathedral train.
Wearing plum-colored dresses were honor attendant Marilyn Fisher of Pittsburgh and bridesmaid Holly Messina of Hermitage. Hannah Rose of Girard, the groom's cousin, was flower girl.
Brian Simpson of Sharon was best man. Groomsman was Vincent Conti of Boardman, the groom's brother, and junior groomsman was Nicholas Conti Jr. of Hubbard, the groom's son. The couple's son, Damon Conti of Hubbard, was ring bearer.
The groom's aunt, Elizabeth Sheridan of Wheeling, W.Va., also participated.
