YOUNGSTOWN -- Living at 327 Rebecca Ave., Hubbard, following a honeymoon cruise to the western Caribbean are Bryan A. Ladd and his bride, the former Cristina M. Kobus, who were married at 2 p.m. Oct. 6 at St. Edward Church.
The Rev. Frank Lehnerd officiated for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Kobus, 2415 Trussit Ave., and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Ladd, 250 E. Ravenwood Ave.
The couple were honored at a reception at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall.
The bride's white silk gown was designed with a sweetheart neckline and featured European crocheted lace sleeves and trim at the waist and hemline. A cathedral veil completed her ensemble.
Karrie Maloy was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were the bride's sisters, Julie Cox, Mary Clare Sepulveda and Karen Thomas; Mary Ellks; Suzy Barris; and Joanie Eady, the groom's aunt. Junior bridesmaid was Cindy Kobus, her cousin. They wore French blue gowns. The bride's niece, Valerie Thomas, was flower girl.
Best man was Mark Ladd, the groom's brother, and groomsmen were David Gibboney, Tim Mulrooney, Greg Sorber, Mark Kelso, Shannon Cox, the bride's brother-in-law, and Larry Kobus, her brother. Her nephews, Tony Thomas and Ryan Cox, were ring bearers.
A graduate of Choffin School of Accredited Dental Assisting, Mrs. Ladd is an assistant in oral surgery in Hermitage, Pa.
Her husband attended Youngstown State University and is a self-employed disc jockey in the Youngstown area.
