INDUSTRY
MASURY -- United Steel Service Inc. has hired Randy Kawczynski as president and chief operating officer for the metals, toll processing, rail products, warehousing and depot divisions of its Brookfield and Masury facilities. Kawczynski has more than 25 years' experience in the steel industry, most recently serving as vice president of sales and marketing at Laclede Steel Corp. in St. Louis, Mo. A Hermitage resident, he is a 1975 graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
HEALTH CARE
YOUNGSTOWN -- Forum Health has named Roxia Boykin as its new senior vice president and chief nursing executive. A registered nurse and former administrator of Specialty Hospital of Cleveland, Boykin has also held administrative positions at two other Cleveland hospitals. She will be responsible for all nursing and respiratory functions at Forum's Trumbull and Mahoning county hospitals.
ORGANIZATIONS
YOUNGSTOWN -- Linda Warino of Youngstown has been elected to a two-year term as president of the Ohio Nurses Association, the state's largest professional organization representing health policy, practice and workplace issues of registered nurses in Ohio. Warino, an RN, served on the ONA board of directors for the past three years and is also serving on the national level as a member of the executive council of the United American Nurses, the labor arm of the American Nurses Association. Locally, she is president of ONA District Three. Also, Susan Yoder of Columbiana was elected to a two-year term as second vice president of ONA.
ACCOUNTING
SHARON -- Maria Donatelli has joined the staff of The Dolan Group, certified public accountants and business advisors based in Sharon, as senior software consultant and QuickBooks trainer. Donatelli has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Youngstown State University and had been a trainer for Entre' Computer Systems and Aztec Technologies in Boardman. She lives in Warren.
CLEVELAND -- Ernst & amp; Young LLP has promoted Heather Hudak, a Niles native, to senior manager of its international tax practice in Cleveland, and Donald Sweeney, formerly of Youngstown, has been promoted to senior manager of tax services in the same office. Hudak has bachelor's and master's degrees from John Carroll University and is a certified public accountant. She lives in Rocky River. Sweeney also has a bachelor's degree from John Carroll and is a CPA. He lives in Olmsted Falls.
