Purchases for complex
The school board approved these purchases Wednesday for the Joe Lane Sports Complex:
$22,850 for sound and security equipment from Atronics Inc. of Niles.
$24,840 for athletic lockers from Century-Fournier Inc. of Boardman.
$24,587 for a band shell from Viking Structures Unlimited Inc. of Canton.
$23,808 for Bobcat Construction Inc. of Alliance to erect the band shell.
$20,648 for an access road and $6,500 for use of a rock hound machine to clean topsoil on the field, both from Schimley Excavating Inc. of Niles.
