Wagner-Kirtley wedding to be held in Kentucky

Announcement is being made of the engagement of Charity Marie Wagner, a daughter of Roger and Sandra Wagner, 717 Parkview Drive, Taylor Mill, Ky., and John Franklin Kirtley II, a son of James and Georgann Kirtley, 457 Millbrook St., Canfield.
Miss Wagner holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Northern Kentucky University and is a preschool teacher at the Little Red School House in Taylor Mill.
Mr. Kirtley, a news reporter with 700 WLW in Cincinnati, graduated from NKU with a bachelor's degree in radio/television and journalism.
The couple will be married during a 2 p.m. ceremony they have planned for Aug. 4 at Holy Cross Church in Covington, Ky.
