Takeisha Hall to wed Donald Ruff Jr. July 21 at First Presbyterian Church



BRONX, N.Y.-- Announced by Takeisha T. Hall and Donald M. Ruff Jr., both of 930 Grand Concourse, are plans for their summer wedding.
The couple will exchange nuptial vows during a 5:30 p.m. ceremony they have planned for July 21 at the First Presbyterian Church, Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for the wedding and also for an evening reception at St. Charles Church in Youngstown.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Betty Hall-Jones, 232 Pasadena Ave., Youngstown, and Vincent Howard of Youngstown. She graduated from Oberlin College with a bachelor's degree in biology and African-American studies. She is pursuing a master's in public administration in health policy and management at New York University Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service in New York. She is the associate director of development at New York University Medical Center in New York
Her fiance, a son of Theo L. White and Donald M. Ruff, both of New York, earned a bachelor's degree in history/African-American studies at Oberlin College. He is a program director with Sponsors for Educational Opportunities in New York.
