PROVIDENCIALES, British West Indies -- Exchanging marriage vows before the Rev. Leslie Myers during a beachside ceremony at 5:30 p.m. April 21 at Point Grace Resort were Holly Morgan of Chicago, formerly of Boardman, and Richard Frank Carr Jr. of Dallas.
The bride is a daughter of Jack and Barbara Morgan of Columbus, formerly of Boardman. Parents of the groom are Richard and Pamela Carr, Anchorage, Alaska.
A garden reception was held on the resort grounds.
The newlyweds honeymooned in South Africa and are living in Chicago.
The bride graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree and from the University of Pittsburgh with a master's in business administration. She is a marketing and sales strategy consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Chicago. The groom earned a bachelor's degree at Pepperdine University and a master's in business administration at Alaska Pacific University. He is principal consultant with the energy practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The bride's oyster silk gown was styled with a strapless bodice and dropped waist box-pleated skirt accented by hand-beaded embroidery.
Wearing navy gowns were honor attendant Amber Morgan of Columbus, the bride's sister, and bridesmaid Sara Daniel of Royal Oak, Mich.
Best man was Jonathan Smith of Dallas, and usher was Gregory Martin of Anchorage, the groom's brother-in-law. Ring bearer was William Martin, Anchorage, his nephew.
