Franks observe 50th anniversary at dinner party

BOARDMAN -- Mr. and Mrs. Donald Frank, 165 Shorehaven Drive, were honored by family and friends during a dinner party held April 21 at The Second Empire, Raleigh, N.C., on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary.
Invitations for the celebration were issued by their children, Carol Davis of Cary, N.C.; Linda McCormack, Sarasota, Fla.; Janet Baugh, Edgewood, Ky.; Don Frank, Birmingham, Ala.; and Kathleen Brantly, Roswell, Ga. There are five grandchildren in the family.
St. Casimir Church in Youngstown was the setting March 31, 1951, as Mr. Frank and the former Maryann Vross were united in marriage. They are members of St. Charles Church.
Mr. Frank served four years with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He retired in 1994 from Cold Metal Products in Youngstown, where he was manager of stainless products. He is a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 213. His wife is a homemaker.
