NEW MIDDLETOWN -- Arthur G. Miller and his bride, the former Dena S. Mohn, honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico, following their April 28 wedding at Zion Lutheran Church.
The couple were united in marriage at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Larry Klinker and were honored afterward during a reception at The Embassy in Youngstown.
The bride, a daughter of Charles and Susan Mohn, 4063 E. Middletown Road, and the groom, a son of Arthur and Helen Miller, 2388 Stewart Road, Lowellville, live at 1132 Aberdeen Ave.
Pearls and sequins adorned the bride's sleeveless candlelight gown.
Purple and silver gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Denise Mohn of New Middletown, and the bridesmaids, Helen Layko of Lowellville, a sister of the groom, and Melissa Gordan of Poland. Flower girl was Darrian Yanek of North Lima.
Serving as best man was David Dietz of Poland, and groomsmen were Robert Layko of Lowellville, the groom's brother-in-law, and Daniel Mohn of Poland, a brother of the bride. The bride's cousin, Brian Swantek of Youngstown, was ring bearer, and the groom's nephew, Dominic Layko of Lowellville, was usher.
The bride graduated from Ford Beauty Academy in Boardman and is manager/stylist at Hair Inc. in Boardman.
The groom, a tool and die maker with Steel City Corp. in Austintown, graduated from the apprenticeship program at Mahoning County Joint Vocational School.
