County offices: Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Mercer and Lawrence, all closed.
State offices: Bureau of Employment Services, closed.
Federal offices: Youngstown Post Office, no delivery except for express mail;
Social Security Administration, closed.
Public and parochial schools: Youngstown, Warren, Salem and Sharon city schools and New Castle Area School District, all closed.
Universities: Youngstown State University and Kent State University Trumbull Campus, both closed.
Youngstown Diocese: Check individual schools.
Western Reserve Transit Authority: No bus service.
Public libraries: Youngstown and Mahoning County Public Libraries, closed; Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, closed.
Stock market: Butler, Wick & amp; Co., closed.
Banks: National City of Ohio, Farmer's National Bank, First Federal of Warren, Second National of Warren, Cortland Banks, Sky Bank and National City of Pennsylvania, all closed.
Trash collection: Browning-Ferris Industries, Youngstown District and Warren City Environmental Services, garbage pickups delayed one day.
