Ratliff-Brugler wedding date is announced

Announcement is being made of the engagement of Theresa M. Ratliff, a daughter of Dennis and Katherine Ratliff of Champion, and Benjamen K. Brugler, a son of David and Rebecca Brugler of Bristolville.
The couple will be married in a ceremony they have planned for 1:30 p.m. Oct. 13 at Grace United Methodist Church, Warren. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for an evening reception at the Hippodrome in Warren.
The bride-elect graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in advertising. She is a media coordinator for Malone Advertising of Akron.
Her fiance earned a bachelor's degree in public relations from KSU and is an account executive at Akhia Public Relations, Hudson.
