Parents announce Verba-Cline engagement

The engagement of Stephanie Verba and Frank Cline III, both of 69 Westminster Ave., Youngstown, is being announced by their parents, John and Karen Verba, 3322 Quentin Drive, Youngstown; Janice Crum, 1869 County Line Road, Mineral Ridge; and Frank F. Cline Jr. 646 W. River Blvd., Newton Falls.
Miss Verba, a sales coordinator with Sovereign Circuits in North Jackson, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in arts.
Mr. Cline earned a bachelor's degree in science from Kent State University and is an engineer with Roth Bros. Inc., Youngstown.
The couple have chosen Believer's Christian Fellowship in Warren for their open wedding at 2 p.m. Oct. 27. They will extend invitations for their evening reception at DiVieste Banquet Hall, Warren.
