Wolves Club names grant recipients

YOUNGSTOWN -- The Wolves Club, Den VI, has named eight Mahoning County students as recipients of scholarship grants to Youngstown State University to be matched by the YSU Foundation.
Presentation of the awards will be made at the organization's annual scholarship banquet to be held June 6 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall.
Those who will receive the grants are Amanda Zimmerman, Western Reserve High School; Eric Wegendt, Chaney; Charity Pappas, Chaney; Alisa Balestra, Cardinal Mooney; Dorothy Del Boccio, Ursuline; Thomas Lyden and Sara Roth, Austintown Fitch; and Ann Marie Susany, Struthers.
The Wolves Club, Den VI, is the Mahoning County chapter of a national fraternity of Italian-American business professionals dedicated to serving their communities. Its mission is to raise funds in support of higher education.
