"Clouds Without Rain: An Ohio Amish Mystery" will be released June 1 by Ohio University Press. It is the third Ohio Amish mystery published by P.L. Gaus, a teacher at The College of Wooster. The book costs $24.95 cloth and $12.95 paper. It can be ordered by calling (773)568-1550.
The story centers on Professor Michael Brandon, Pastor Caleb Troyer and Sheriff Bruce Robertson, as they try to get to the bottom of an outbreak of murder and mayhem that afflicts their Amish neighbors. It is set in Holmes County, the largest Amish and Mennonite community in the world.
