Jennifer DeChellis, Ronald Houser Jr. plan summer rite

Plans for their summer wedding are being announced by Jennifer Lyn DeChellis of Youngstown and Ronald L. Houser Jr. of Austintown.
The future bride is a daughter of Charlotte Shonce-Benson of Warren and the late Jacob DeChellis, who had lived in Youngstown. Mr. Houser is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Houser Sr. of Austintown.
The couple are graduates of Youngstown State University, both with bachelor's degrees in environmental science. They are pursuing master's degrees in civil and environmental engineering at YSU. Miss DeChellis is a laboratory manager at Polar Minerals Inc. in Wellsville. Her fiance is a federal regulatory specialist at Dobson Cellular Systems Inc. in Boardman.
July 28 has been chosen by the couple for their noon ceremony to take place at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and for an evening reception to be held at McMenamy's in Niles.
