YOUNGSTOWN -- St. Elizabeth Health Center has named Scott Higgins as assistant director of environmental services and patient transport. He had been operations manager of environmental services and grounds maintenance at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pa. The New Castle resident earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Clarion University.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Humility of Mary Health Partners named Marge Baker as radiation oncology manager. She had been chief radiation therapist for Sharon Regional Health System. The Lisbon resident has a bachelor's degree in applied science from Youngstown State University.
BANKING
WARREN -- Second National Bank named Sean Holmes as assistant vice president, small-business banking manager. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.
MANUFACTURING
YOUNGSTOWN -- Harry Perrine has joined Boltech as manager of engineering and Mark Hogan as sales manager in engineered products. Perrine has many years of experience in the design of custom-engineered products. Hogan has extensive experience in domestic and international sales of rolling mills and other equipment.
WARREN -- Thomas Steel Strip made the following moves:
Thomas Blazinic was promoted to materials manager in the logistics department. He had been a buyer.
He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Youngstown State University.
John Barden rejoined the company as director battery sales for the NAFTA, Energy Group. He previously was director in sales and marketing.
Michael Patton was named machine and construction shop coordinator in the facilities maintenance department. He had been area manager for structural maintenance at CSC Ltd. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Metal Technology Program.
Scott Wisneski was named finishing/normalizing coordinator. He had been a production supervisor at CSC. He has a bachelor's degree in technology from Kent State University.
Craig Beatty was named technical engineer in the rolling/annealing and TPC area. He had been manager in mechanical maintenance at CSC.
David James joined the company as facilities maintenance engineer. He had been automation engineer at CSC. He has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineer from Youngstown State University.
Rich Rees was named met lab supervisor in the manufacturing support department. He had been a supervisor at Republic Technologies International. He has an associate degree in mechanical engineering technology from Youngstown State University.
John Scudier was named a buyer in the logistics department. He was a purchasing agent for Energy Transfer. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.
Teresa Moore has rejoined the company as group secretary in manufacturing services. She most recently was an administrative secretary for Coldwell Banker Realty Group in Warren but previously held several positions with Thomas.
CANTON -- David DeChellis, formerly of Struthers, was named manager of roller operations at Timken Co.'s industrial business unit. He has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Youngstown State University and a master's degree in business administration from Kent State University.
EDUCATION
YOUNGSTOWN -- Dr. Andrew Harver, formerly of Youngstown, was promoted to professor of psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has published about 50 professional articles and book chapters related to asthma and other lung diseases.
