YOUNGSTOWN -- The Mahoning County Engineer's Office has announced it will close Western Reserve Road between South Avenue and Southern Boulevard so D & amp;R Railroad can install a crossing.
Traffic will be detoured along South Avenue, McClurg Road and Southern Boulevard Monday through Wednesday.
The engineer's office also will close Columbiana Road between Pine Lake Road and state Route 170 to replace a culvert. Traffic will be detoured along State Route 170 and Pine Lake Road between Monday and Friday.
Pet Loss Support Group
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- A newly formed Pet Loss Support Group will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at Whispering Oaks, 260 S. Buhl Farm Drive.
People who have lost a pet or who are interested in being a facilitator for a pet loss group are invited to attend.
Library work begins
KINSMAN -- Construction has begun on Kinsman Free Public Library. The library remains open, but the main entrance is closed.
Entry is through the east side door facing the high school. Signs are posted.
Patrons are asked not to park in the school parking lot during school hours.
