Georgette Davis, 45, Elm Street, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Charles Lynch, 24, Chicago Avenue, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons, failure to comply with a police order.
John P. Chaszoyka, 44, Salt Springs Road, Niles; possession of cocaine.
Tyrone L. Henderson, 20, Cohasset Drive, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons.
Benjamin Brooks, 40, McGuffey Road, Youngstown; robbery.
Darrell Jackson, 37, Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Patrick Pickard, 22, South Raccoon Road, Youngstown; aggravated robbery, kidnapping.
James F. Fleeger Jr., 42, Point View Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Kenny King, 27, Ayers Street, Youngstown; trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine.
Gertrude P. Gastaldo, 38, West New York Avenue, Sebring; possession of cocaine.
Shawn P. Robinson, 18, South Center Street, Newton Falls; 2 counts of kidnapping, robbery and theft, 1 count of aggravated burglary and conspiracy.
John Fetherolf, 18, Grand Boulevard, Newton Falls; 2 counts of kidnapping, robbery and theft, 1 count of aggravated burglary and conspiracy.
Kevin Vanwhy, 37, North Belle Vista Avenue, Youngstown; domestic violence.
Tameka Patterson, 26, Belden Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault.
