Lauren Lesnak, Michael Grippa are betrothed

CAMPBELL -- David and Rochelle Lesnak, 496 Park Drive, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lauren A. Lesnak, to Michael D. Grippa, son of Drs. Paul and Kathleen Grippa, 6989 Beechwood Drive, Athens.
Miss Lesnak is a student at Ohio University, where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in forensic chemistry.
Her fiance also is a student at OU. He is employed as manager of Court Side Pizza in Athens. He served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps.
The couple will be married during an open ceremony set for 2 p.m. Aug. 25 at St. John the Baptist Church. A reception by invitation will be held that evening at Mr. Anthony's Banquet Centre in Boardman.
