Lawrence, Mercer report low turnout

MERCER, Pa. -- Less than 25 percent of Mercer County's registered voters turned out for Tuesday's primary. The county election office reported that only 18,124 of the 73,758 registered voters cast ballots.
In Lawrence County, 39.9 percent of the registered voters turned out to vote. The county election office reported 22,274 of the 54,897 registered voters cast ballots.
