Miss Balata to be bride of Joseph Macejko



Announcement is being made of the coming marriage of Melissa M. Balata, 800 Hickory Mills Circle, Kent, and Joseph R. Macejko, 2088 Shetland Lane, Poland.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Kenneth Balata and Marianne Balata, both of Euclid. Parents of the future groom are Joseph and Ruby Macejko of the Shetland Lane address.
Invitations will be extended for the couple's wedding planned for 1 p.m. Sept. 8 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Youngstown, and for an evening reception to be held at The Embassy, also in Youngstown.
Miss Balata graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and from the University of Akron Law School with a juris doctor degree. She is a lawyer with Bailey Clegg and Associates, Kent.
A graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology, the prospective groom also earned a law degree at University of Akron Law School. He is an assistant prosecutor with Mahoning County Prosecutor's Office, Youngstown.
