Wedding planned by Tracy Stacy, Matthew Niemla

CORTLAND -- Mr. and Mrs. Earl Stacy, 201 Robbie Run, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Tracy Danielle Stacy of the same address, and Matthew R. Niemla, 7355 Oregon Trail, Boardman, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond J. Niemla, 14222 W. Cherry Hill, Albion, Pa.
Miss Stacy, an account executive with Clear Channel Radio-WBBG 106.1/WICT 95.1, Youngstown, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in communications.
Mr. Niemla earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and is a news reporter/anchor with WFMJ TV-21, Youngstown.
Invitations will be extended for the couple's July 21 wedding to be held at 3:30 p.m. at Poland United Methodist Church and also for their evening reception at the Holiday Inn, Boardman.
